Akhmetova Balzhan Ibragimkyzy was born on November 27, 1991, in the Turkistan Region. In
2013, she graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Mechanics. In
2015, she obtained her master’s degree in “Space Engineering and Technology.” In 2021, she
defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanics.
